Your order means a lot to us, which is why we’re dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our items. You can find available delivery options for each item on its product page, and you’ll be able to select your preferred option at Checkout.
Most orders qualify for free shipping. Here’s how it works:
- A flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies for orders under $35.
- Most orders over $35 qualify for free shipping.
Along with the price of an item being an indicator of free shipping, we also message “Free Shipping” wherever it applies. Keep an eye out for it underneath the price of the product while browsing and next to the image(s) on the product page. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, any associated shipping costs will be listed alongside the pricing details in your Cart and during Checkout.
Items are divided into two categories for shipping: small items and large items. You may choose to upgrade qualifying large items to one of our premium delivery options. Please note that the available options may differ by item.

Shipping Small Items
In most cases, deliveries will be made by UPS or FedEx. Since signatures are not required for delivery, the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, write a note with the delivery date and place it on your door. Include your name, request, and tracking number.
All available shipping options will be listed in cart, but here’s a breakdown of when you can expect your package.
Time frames that include filling the order and delivery:
- One-Day Shipping: Within one business day.
- Two-Day Shipping: Within two business days.
Time frames that do not include filling the order, only the time you can expect it to take once it’s shipped from the supplier’s warehouse:
- Express Shipping: Within one business day.
- Expedited Shipping: Within two business days.
- Ground Shipping: Within one to seven business days.
Orders placed outside of business hours will be shipped the next day. Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays.
There are a few exceptions to our standard free shipping policy. Any shipping charges will be detailed in your cart prior to checkout.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
- Due to shipping constraints, non-standard items such as flooring or specific large fixtures might not be eligible for free shipping.
- A select few suppliers require us to charge shipping fees.
- Some Large Parcel Items include White Glove Delivery & Assembly at no additional cost
Aside from any shipping costs, your order may be subject to sales taxes. We are required to charge these based on specific state and local tax rates.

Updating Orders Before Shipping
Before an item has shipped, you can easily edit the details of your order online. Visit My Orders to cancel, change the delivery method, or change the shipping address for an item.
Updating Orders in Transit
Once an item has shipped, a few extra steps are required to make adjustments. See the sections below for more details on updating small or large items in transit.
FedEx or UPS (Small Items)
- Hold or delay packages
- Pick up from a local FedEx or UPS location
- Deliver to another address
- Deliver on another day
- Schedule a delivery window
- Sign for packages online
Unfortunately, items already in transit cannot be expedited.
All Other Carriers (Large Items)
If your item is not being shipped by FedEx or UPS, it’s considered a large item. You can make changes to orders with large items.
Please note that any changes made online must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. If your scheduled delivery is already less than 24 hours away, contact us for help.
Reschedule the delivery date and/or time window:
- Go to My Orders, click “Track Your Package,” and select “Reschedule.”
Change the delivery method:
- Go to My Orders, click “View/Edit Details,” and select “Change Delivery Method.”
